Our culinary team has crafted another unique experience. Inspired by the popular Japanese style of dining, leaving everything up to the chefs, this 12 course Taco Omakase will be filled with innovation & surprises.
Exclusively featured at our Chef's Counter, our team will be interacting with our guests, passionately preparing & displaying their inspiration for each course. Dinner also includes 3 cocktails designed by our beverage team to accompany your journey.
Under the guidance of Chef Antony Bustamante, his team has chosen four resgions of Mexico to each feature for their dishes: Chef Isyufran Reyes - Valley of Mexico Brayden Grossman - Chiapas Isabella Saluti - Yucatan Peninsula Carlos Espichan - Veracruz
